Justice collides with diplomacy issue in the next episode of “NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service“. The team is aboard a ship to search for the killer of a coast guard officer who is gunned down on a cargo vessel, but finds a Lebanese family seeking refuge on American soil.
Since director Vance bans the team from bringing the refugees to the U.S., Gibbs and his crew must race against time to save the Lebanese family from the ship which is going to be blown up. Also in the outing titled “Safe Harbor”, Tony and McGee try to and find the perfect woman for Gibbs.
“NCIS” spin-off “NCIS: Los Angeles“, meanwhile, will see the Special Projects facing a deadly alliance as they are called by LAPD when a raid links a Mexican drug cartel to a wanted terrorist. Sam’s most prized possession is also stolen in the upcoming episode called “Sacrifice”.
Both “Safe Harbor” and “Sacrifice” will air Tuesday, October 18 on CBS. The former leads at 8/7c, followed an hour later by the new episode of “NCIS: LA”.

Fans favorite NCIS episodes are back with more action and chilling thrills as we see the premiere episode having both. The new season of NCIS series has begun and the start itself has been amazing with an interesting mind bending episode. Read on to know more details.
NCIS Season 9 Premiere Episode started with Tony in the hospital with blood in his hands and suffering from short term memory loss. But that doesn’t stop him to remember the past events which happened to him recently and we all were taken into the flashback.
We already know that Tony was on a secret mission and he came to know that E.J has taken out chip from agent Levin’s arm. Now the question was why did she do this? And this question is answered by her that she took it out to keep the promise to protect it until it reaches safe hands. Later in this NCIS Season 9 Premiere episode we saw another one die that was Wright, he also had a chip in his hand but that went missing bringing him to SECNAV. It is later investigated that Wright and Levin worked for Officer of Naval Intelligence under Sean Latham. And the chip was used to open doors for Phantom Eight men and also a watcher database.
Then we came to know how Tony was played along with Cade and E.J making Tony reach hospital and E.J go missing. Gibbs is now into solving this case and Stratton is the suspect. The mystery will unfold further in the upcoming NCIS Season 9 Episode.

On Tuesday, May 17, three CBS’ series will air their season finales. “NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service” starts it out with “Pyramid” at 8/7c. In this episode, the lives of NCIS members are in jeopardy when they come face-to-face with the infamous Port-to-Port killer.
“NCIS” spin-off “NCIS: Los Angeles” comes later at 9/8c with “Familia”. Hetty, who resigned in last week’s episode, is now operating outside the authority of the agency. Her sudden resignation prompts Callen and the NCIS team to investigate the reason why she would disappear in the hopes of tracking her down.
The man who created “JAG”, “Magnum P.I.” and “NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service” is suing CBS for not rewarding him for the success of “NCIS: Los Angeles“. Don Bellisario has filed a lawsuit against the network because “NCIS: L.A.”, which launched in 2009, is considered a sequel to and spin-off to his shows.
“Bellisario has the contractual right to participate in and be compensated for ‘NCIS:LA’ because it is, among other things, both a sequel to and a spinoff of ‘JAG’ and ‘NCIS’ within the meaning of the ‘first opportunity’ rights provisions of Plaintiffs’ contracts with CBS,” the lawsuit said.
Bellisario was fired from the hit show a few years ago. He felt CBS was contractually obligated to either let him write and produce the spin-off or pay him off. The producer filed the legal paper on Thursday, April 28 in Los Angeles Superior Court but no damages were specified.
In response to the lawsuit, CBS released the following statement: “Don Bellisario has no rights to what he is claiming in this suit. The contract is clear, the facts are undeniable and the courts won’t need Naval intelligence to conclude that the case has no merit. We continue to honor all of our obligations to Mr. Bellisario under the actual agreement.”

It is always interesting to watch the NCIS team investigate and solve cases in NCIS episodes.
NCIS Season 8 episode 21 was also the same.
This episode was titled “Dead Reflection” and was aired on 12th April 2011. The NCIS episode 21 took off with the team solving a new murder case at Pentagon.
This week’s NCIS episode had a case which looked simple enough to solve but was a bit twisted. We all know that if it was simple why would it be on NCIS TV series. The visual evidence pointed towards a person but that person was found dead. Tony unveils the mystery by identifying the peculiar scent that Tunney, the main culprit, uses while he is himself and when he wears a mask on his face. It is exposed that Tunney used a face mask resembling Donner to make himself safe. We also saw Tony and McGee meeting the mask maker and find that he is so engulfed in his work that he doesn’t bothers to ask his customers as to why they need the mask.
Meanwhile, we saw progress in Port to Port case as the eye that was left in the ice cube is used for retina scan to enter security system of NCIS headquarters. This further results in Gibbs handing over the case to agent Barrett’s team.
This week’s episode gave us hint related to the fate of relationships in coming NCIS Season 8 episodes. As Tony discusses with Gibbs about his ongoing affair with Barrett. But you know how much Gibbs is against having affairs with co-workers. So what will be future of this elder brother-younger brother pairing? In second case McGee is jealous seeing that Abby is being attracted to intelligence of Simon.
