Justice collides with diplomacy issue in the next episode of “NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service“. The team is aboard a ship to search for the killer of a coast guard officer who is gunned down on a cargo vessel, but finds a Lebanese family seeking refuge on American soil.
Since director Vance bans the team from bringing the refugees to the U.S., Gibbs and his crew must race against time to save the Lebanese family from the ship which is going to be blown up. Also in the outing titled “Safe Harbor”, Tony and McGee try to and find the perfect woman for Gibbs.
“NCIS” spin-off “NCIS: Los Angeles“, meanwhile, will see the Special Projects facing a deadly alliance as they are called by LAPD when a raid links a Mexican drug cartel to a wanted terrorist. Sam’s most prized possession is also stolen in the upcoming episode called “Sacrifice”.
Both “Safe Harbor” and “Sacrifice” will air Tuesday, October 18 on CBS. The former leads at 8/7c, followed an hour later by the new episode of “NCIS: LA”.

NCIS episodes are going strong till now and I expect it remains same till the season ends. Here we have recap of another such interesting and strong episode of the series so read on to know what exactly happens in it.
This week’s NCIS Season 9 Episode 3 brought on board another family member of one of the NCIS team members and this time it was Timothy McGee’s grandma, Penelope Langston (that’s where the title comes from). We have mostly heard of McGee’s father and now we got to meet her grandma but she is not there just to meet his grandson but she is one of the suspects of a murder case.
The murder case that the team is shown solving in this NCIS Season 9 Episode 3 is of a Navy Lieutenant, Booth, who made his last call to Penelope, McGee’s grandma. So that turns the mind towards her being a suspect. And to add more the victim had McGee’s card in his pocket.
On investigating it is found that the victim was to disclose to press about a top secret military project which was going to start again after being scrapped out. And Penelope was with Booth in revealing it to the press but before that Booth was killed. We saw in NCIS Season 9 Episode 3 Penelope coming out clean out of the case.
And we also got to know more about McGee’s dad but we were not able to listen what both father son were chatting in the end.
